Vicki Cousins is shown shelling out candies to young
children in costumes during the Annual Halloween Costume Day at the Hanmer
Valley Shopping Centre. Each year over 1000 "trick or treaters"
invade the mall as merchants show their appreciation for the support of
the community. Sole Mates Family Footwear always participates in these
events.
