year however, I would like to ask you to do something a bit different.
Instead of coming up with New Year’s Resolutions, I suggest that you
spend time identifying your New Year’s Realizations. For more on this

POLITICAL
POINT OF VIEW
Dividing
Up Existing Ward Boundaries Will Be A Good Thing For Local Representatives
While the decision was met with some opposition from several groups of
citizens, it was apparent from the attendance at the public consultation
meetings held throughout the region that the “vast” majority of
ratepayers really don’t see anything wrong with dividing each of the
existing six wards in half if councilors feel it will help them carry out
their duties and responsibilities. For

“Fair”
Does not Always Mean “Equal” and “Equal Does not Always Mean
“Fair”
I am wholly in support of the general principle of equal ice time for all
players, especially at that level. That
said, I do believe there are times when it is acceptable to put your big
line out, and I believe that at almost all levels of minor hockey, i.e.
Atom House and Bantam AAA both included, those are the same. For

Let's
See More Penalty Shots In Minor Hockey
One of the most exciting plays in hockey is the penalty shot. Technically
speaking, the Referee's Case Book states that in order for a penalty shot
to be awarded, five conditions must be met. When you add up all of the
conditions, it becomes clear that there are generally a few situations
during the course of most games when a referee would be justified in
awarding a penalty shot. Since it is entirely up to the referee to
determine if all of the conditions are met, and since it is a judgement
call, penalty shots could be a lot more common than not. For
