KITCHEN FACILITIES

Shirley Groulx is the head chef at SHOOTING STAR DAY CARE/GARDERIE ETOILE FILANTE. Here she is shown with her assistant, Kelly Charette on the right.

The Centre follows the Canadian Food Guidelines and makes everything from scratch.

Depending on when the children are at the centre, they receive breakfast; a morning snack; lunch; an afternoon snack; and dinner.
