Tell Our Readers How You Met The Love Of Your Life

With Valentine’s Day less than a month away, The Vision Paper would like to extend an invitation to our readers to send us the story of how you met the “Love of Your Life”.

We will publish a few of the most heart-warming stories in the February 13 issue of The VISION to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Just think back to the first time you met your loved one. If there was anything unusual or remarkable about the meeting, try to express your feelings in words and share the story with us. “Love at First Sight” doesn’t just exist in the movies. Sometimes fact is much better than fiction and we are certain that many of you have some wonderful stories to tell which will warm the hearts of our romantically inclined readers.

With so much stress and disappointment in the world today, it will be a welcome change to have your story touch the hearts of the residents of Valley East and Capreol. Obviously we ask you to recognize that ours is a family paper, so you will have to keep that in mind when drafting the story. We also reserve the right to make minor editorial revisions to the story if deemed necessary.

So if you have a story to tell, and if you wouldn’t mind it being considered for publication in the paper, send it to us by fax to 969-4490; by email to or simply drop it off at our office at the top of the hill in Hanmer. We look forward to reading about the romantic side of Valley East and Capreol.
